07/08/2008 (Agence Europe) - On 6 August, the European Commission cleared the proposed acquisition of PEMA GmbH, a German company active in renting trucks and trailers, by GEFA Gesellschaft für Absatzfinanzierung mbH ("GEFA") also of Germany.
