07/08/2008 (Agence Europe) - The Community Independent Transaction Log (CITL) will be connected up with the United Nations International Transaction Log (ITL) in the first half of October 2008 (see Europe 9719). On Thursday 7 August 2008, the European Commission was able to indicate the timeline based on information supplied by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change secretariat. (A.N.)
