Investigation into presumed aid to Munich airport

Brussels, 23/07/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 23 July, the Commission opened a formal investigation procedure concerning the financial arrangements regarding Terminal 2 of Munich airport (the construction of the terminal on the one hand, and the exclusive-use agreement between Lufthansa and FMG concerning it on the other).
