Brussels, 17/07/2008 (Agence Europe) - At the graduation ceremony for the fifth year of the Academia Diplomatic Europaea, in partnership with the 'Fondation pour l'Innovation Publique', the 'Institut Europeen des Relations Internationales' unveiled at the European Parliament in Brussels on Tuesday 15 July 2008 plans for a 'University of Europe' in Strasbourg.
