EPA criticised by Christiane Taubira's report passed on to Nicolas Sarkozy

Brussels, 15/07/2008 (Agence Europe) - Christiane Taubira, French deputy, who received a mandate in April from President Nicolas Sarkozy to draft a report on the economic partnership agreements (EPAs) negotiated by the EU with six regions of the ACP group (Africa/Caribbean/Pacific) would like the negotiating brief entrusted to the Commission to be redefined, in the interest of the economic and social development of the ACP countries.
