02/07/2008 (Agence Europe) - With the support of the French Union of Textile Industries (UIT) and industry representatives from the technical textiles sector, the French MEP Tokia Saïfi (EPP-ED), rapporteur in 2005 on the "future of the textiles/clothing sector after the removal of quotas", is to sponsor an exhibition entitled " Textiles: Material for the Future" in the buildings of the European Parliament in Strasbourg, from 7-10 July 2005.
