11/06/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 11 June, the European Commission granted clearance to the acquisition of joint control of a newly created company, Madrid Aerospace Services SL of Spain, by Iberia Lineas Aereas de España SA of Spain and Singapore Technologies Aerospace Ltd of Singapore.
