EU condemns extension of house arrest for Aung San Suu Kyi

Brussels, 29/05/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, the EU sharply criticised the decision of the Burmese authorities to extend the house arrest of the main opposition figure, Nobel Peace Prize winner, Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, who has been under house arrest for five years.
