27/05/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 26 May, the European Commission cleared the proposed acquisition of joint control in the newly created company Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems GmbH & Co KG by the German companies Robert Bosch GmbH and Mahle GmbH.
