06/05/2008 (Agence Europe) - The joint initiative between the Chinese government and the European Commission, the Managers Exchange and Training Program (METP), aims to promote EU/China trade relations by sending EU managers from SMEs and NGOs to China where they will receive 10 months training, including courses in business Chinese and work experience in a Chinese company. This elite programme is organised by the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in Beijing. The date limit for applications for the October 2008 session is 1 June 2008.
