Brussels, 09/04/2008 (Agence Europe) -At the European Parliament in Brussels on Tuesday 8 April, the Slow Food convivium "Tastes of Europe" was inaugurated, to promote a responsible new gastronomy and agriculture, respecting local cultures and traditions, the rural world and agro-food biodiversity, by means of concrete actions and in full respect of adequate legislative supervision.
