09/04/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 7 April, the Council of Ministers of the European Union adopted a decision authorising the European Commission to open negotiations (on behalf of the EU) with Chile for the conclusion of a fisheries cooperation framework on swordfish and other species of common interest in the South Pacific Ocean (EUROPE 9594).
