Brussels, 28/03/2008 (Agence Europe) - Despite high-profile commitments in 2005 to reform aid, a major new civil society report on 'Turning the Tables: Aid and Accountability under the Paris Framework' published on 28 March 2008 by Eurodad, the European Network on Debt and Development, shows that the world's rich countries have made only patchy progress in making aid more effective for helping the poor.
