Brussels, 25/03/2008 (Agence Europe) - In all likelihood, the European Parliament will, in Strasbourg on 23 April, decide to give a discharge to the Commission in respect of the implementation of the 2006 budget. The Commission would appear to have given sufficient reassurance on structural funds and external action, at the hearings of the commissioners concerned on 26 February (see EUROPE 9610).
