EP endorses codification of several legislative acts

Brussels, 21/02/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 19 February, the European Parliament gave its endorsement to codification of the following legislative texts: - Directives 92/79/EEC, 92/80/EEC and 95/79/EC on the structure and rates of excise duty applied to manufactured tobacco; - Directive 75/322/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the member states relating to the suppression of radio interference produced by spark-ignition engines fitted to wheeled agricultural or forestry tractors;...
