19/02/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 18 February 2008, the Commission approved the acquisition of joint control of Fläkt Woods SARL of Luxembourg, a manufacturer of air ventilation systems, by Sagard SAS and Barclays Private Equity France SAS. The latter two are both French investment funds (with Barclays Private Equity France SAS being indirectly controlled by Barclays Bank, United Kingdom).
