Montenegro joins 7th Research Framework Programme

Brussels, 29/01/2008 (Agence Europe) - Montenegro has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the European Commission which will allow it full access to the EU's 7th Research Framework Programme (FP7), the Commission announced on 25 January after the signing ceremony. This “associated status” will allow Montenegro to participate in all calls for proposals and send observers to framework programme committees. Montenegro will also be able to compete on an equal footing with the EU...
