17/01/2008 (Agence Europe) - The Conference of Presidents has decided to organise a plenary session of the European Parliament for Wednesday 23 January from 12: 00 to 13: 30, EP President Hans-Gert Pöttering said on Thursday 17 January. This session will allow the Commission to make a declaration on the legislative package in the field of energy and climate change to be presented the same day.
