14/01/2008 (Agence Europe) - On 14 January, the Commission announced that two further investigations against Microsoft had been opened: one relates to access to interoperability information and the other to the “tied” sale of software products. These investigations follow on from the Court of Justice judgment in September (see EUROPE 9503), but refer to quite separate fresh complaints. (C.D.)
