14/01/2008 (Agence Europe) - The co-presidents of the Tokyo Conference (Norway, Japan, USA and EU) expressed their concerns on Monday 14 January at the termination of the cease-fire in Sri Lanka. They have appealed to the different parties to comply with international law to protect civilians and allow access by humanitarian aid agencies to populations in need. (L.B.S.)
