Advocate General's conclusions on working conditions of “non permanent” Irish civil servants

Luxemburg, 09/01/2008 (Agence Europe) - In conclusions published on Wednesday 9 January, Advocate General Juliane Kokott gave her opinion on the compatibility of the contracts of work of 91 “non-permanent” Irish civil servants with the framework agreement on fixed-time working (directive 1999/70/EC).
