21/12/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 21 December, the European Commission approved the proposed joint-venture between trading house Münchmeyer Petersen & Co of Germany, steel manufacturer Grupo Villacero (Viga-Villacero) of Mexico and commercial vehicle and engineering group MAN AG of Germany. The new company, Coutinho & Ferrostaal, will combine their worldwide activities in non-stockholding steel distribution.
