21/12/2007 (Agence Europe) - The rural development committee of the EU member states endorsed, on 20 December, the rural development programmes for the period 2007-2013 presented by Germany (national framework), Bulgaria, Spain (four regions), Finland (Åland islands), France (Guyana, Corsica), Italy (four regions), Latvia, Malta, Portugal (Madeira) and England.
