17/12/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 14 December, the European Commission cleared the proposed acquisition of Dutch company RSDB by Quebecor of Canada. Both companies provide printing services for publications (magazines, catalogues, advertisements) and service activities related to printing (pre-press and after-press). The Commission concluded that the operation would not significantly impede effective competition in the European Economic Area or any substantial part of it. (O.L.)
