Brussels, 06/12/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 4 December 2007, the EU Council of Ministers adopted without debate a decision on the new fisheries partnership agreement between the EU and Guinea Bissau for four years (from 16 June 2007 to 15 June 2011).
