Commission recommends tackling basic causes of low growth of productivity in Europe

Brussels, 21/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - European productivity has improved over the last two years, but this is mainly due to the economic upturn and the long-term trend remains unclear. These are the findings of the European Commission in a communication looking at the economy of the EU in 2007.
