05/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 5 November, the European Commission announced the discovery of a foot-and-mouth outbreak on two farms in Cyprus, which has suspended its meat, milk and livestock exports, explained a spokesperson for EU Health Commissioner Markos Kyprianou.
