ETNO and UNI Global Union call for review of e-communications rules to encourage investment and jobs

Brussels, 29/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - In a joint statement, ETNO (the European Telecommunications Network Operators' association) and UNI Global Union (the global trade union in the telecoms industry with 15.5 million members) call on the EU to consider reforming the telecoms industry in order to encourage large scale investment in new access networks and the creation of high quality jobs.
