Luxembourg, 23/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - In a ruling on 23 October 2007, the European Court of Justice confirmed that the 1960 Volkswagen Law in Germany protecting the Wolfsburg-based car manufacturer from any hostile takeover bids is incompatible with the free movement of capital.
