22/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 18 October, the Commission threatened to take Malta to the European Court of Justice if, within three months, it fails to adjust its monopoly for the import, storage and wholesale of petroleum products. To date, the state owned company Enemalta is the only company holding a licence to sell oil products. (C.D.)
