19/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - French President Nicolas Sarkozy could imagine Luxembourg Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker as the first President of the European Council in 2009, but British Prime Minister Gordon Brown thinks the former UK prime minister, Tony Blair, would be the man for the job. Sarkozy told reporters after the Lisbon summit that Juncker's experience gave him a special background and history, so the idea of him being the first president of the Council was an excellent idea....
