Court of First Instance finds Commission guilty of publishing name of company not involved in a cartel

Luxembourg, 16/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - In a ruling issued on 12 October, the European Court of First Instance annulled a European Commission decision refusing confidential treatment for the published version of a Commission decision on cartels which mentions Pergan Hilfsstoffe fur industrielle Prozesse GmbH (Germany) several times in connection with an organic peroxides cartel.
