04/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 4 October, the Commission granted clearance to the acquisition of joint control of a newly created venture by Hochtief PPP SolutionsGmbH (Germany) and Vinci S.A./Vinci Concessions S.A. (France). The two companies are service providers in the construction sector and the latter is also active in concessions.
