Brussels, 04/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - Branko Baricevic, Croatian Ambassador to the EU, and European Energy Commissioner Andris Piebalgs signed a memorandum of understanding on Wednesday 3 October in Brussels sealing Croatia's participation in the Intelligent Energy for Europe programme for the period 2007-2013.
