Yes to more precise “European consensus”

Brussels, 04/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - In unanimously adopting the initiative report by Thierry Cornillet (ALDE, France), the Parliament development committee gave the conditional go-ahead, on 3 October, to the humanitarian consensus proposed by the Commission to increase the effectiveness of EU humanitarian policy.
