French ARJOWIGGINS (SEQUANA CAPITAL group) is negotiating the acquisition of Danish DALUM PAPIR (turnover €93 million in 2006 with over 300 employed), the leading European producer of quality recycled paper. The French company is proposing an initial sum of €63.5 million that would then be completed in two years depending on the company's performance.
