ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) banks

AXA of France and UKRSIBBANK, the Ukrainian subsidiary of BNP PARIBAS, are to take over VESKO, the 6th largest damage insurer that makes an annual turnover of €28 million. VESKO will be jointly held by AXA and UKRSIBBANK, and managed by AXA.
