Three acquisitions approved

Brussels, 20/07/2007 (Agence Europe) - The Commission approved three acquisitions on Friday 20 July. Debitel AG of Germany, a supplier of telecommunications services, will acquire sole control of mobile telephony operator Talkline Management and Finance Holding GmbH, also of Germany. Eyecare product manufacturer Bausch & Lomb of the United States will be acquired by US capital investment company Warburg Pincus LLC. Finally, two Dutch capital investment companies Halder-GIMV Investering2004...
