16/07/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 13 July, the European Commission granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Tower Automotive Inc. (Tower) of the US, including its operations outside the US, by TA Acquisition Company (TAC) of the US, controlled by the American Cerberus Group. Cerberus Group is an investment company. Tower designs and produces structural metal components used by car manufacturers. (ol)
