26/06/2007 (Agence Europe) - The EU must not sign the Association and Stabilisation Agreement (ASA) with Serbia on which negotiations were resumed on 13 June (EUROPE 9445), until Bosnian-Serb General Ratko Mladic has been arrested, said Carla del Ponte, chief prosecutor for the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), speaking before the European Parliament's foreign affairs committee in Brussels on Tuesday.
