25/06/2007 (Agence Europe) - The new scientific cooperation agreement between Switzerland and the European Union was signed on Monday 25 June in Luxembourg by the federal Swiss advisor Pascal Couchepin, the European commissioner for research Janez Potocnik, and the German minister for research Annette Schavan. The agreement organises Swiss participation in the 7th EU research framework programme (2007-13). (oj)
