23/04/2007 (Agence Europe) - In a press release dated 23 April, Microsoft confirms that it replied by the deadline to the Commission's statement of objections of 1 March accusing the multinational company of failing to comply with the decision of March 2004 (EUROPE 8673). Further to this decision, Microsoft conceived a range of licenses for access to the interoperability information of the Windows system. Its response aims to justify the price of these licenses, which the Commission does not consider “reasonable” (EUROPE 9377). (cd)
