23/04/2007 (Agence Europe) - In a press release dated 23 April, Microsoft confirms that it replied by the deadline to the Commission's statement of objections of 1 March accusing the multinational company of failing to comply with the decision of March 2004 (EUROPE 8673). Further to this decision, Microsoft conceived a range of licenses for access to the interoperability information of the Windows system. Its response aims to justify the price of these licenses, which the Commission does not...
