Commission to consult about review of rules on public access to European institutions' documents

Brussels, 18/04/2007 (Agence Europe) - A public consultation has been launched by the European Commission until the 15 July about the revisions of Regulation (EC) 1049/2001 on public access to the documents of the European Parliament, Council and European Commission. The Green Paper that it adopted on Wednesday constitutes the basis for this consultation to which citizens, civil society organisations, economic operators and the public authorities are invited.
