The Alstom group has announced the signing of a framework agreement with the Russian group Atomenergomash, which will result in a joint venture for producing conventional nuclear plant junctions being set up. The future joint venture, 51% controlled by the Russian group and 49% by Alstom, will be based at Podolsk near Moscow.
