05/04/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 4 April, the Commission approved, under the simplified merger review procedure, the acquisition of sole control of Pharmaceutical Technologies and Services Division of Cardinal Health Inc (PTS) of the US by the Blackstone Group (Blackstone), also of the US. Blackstone is a private merchant bank.
