02/04/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 30 March, the European Commission granted clearance to the acquisition of joint control of Shell Technology Ventures Fund 1 B.V, currently wholly owned by Shell Technology Ventures (STV) of the Netherlands by Coller Capital (Coller) of Luxemburg and STV, controlled by Royal Dutch Shell plc (Shell) of the Netherlands.
