02/04/2007 (Agence Europe) - The commissioner for justice, freedom and security, Franco Frattini, is expected to visit Zagreb on 13 April to take part in a meeting of ministers for justice and home affairs from countries taking part in the South East European Cooperation Process (SEECP). SEECP participants include Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Macedonia, Romania, Serbia Montenegro, and Turkey. (bc)
