29/03/2007 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Tapijtfabriek H Desseaux N.V (Desseaux) of the Netherlands by NPM Capital N.V. (NPM), also of the Netherlands.. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure. (cd)
