Commission brings infringement procedures for barriers to free movement of goods

Brussels, 23/03/2007 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has decided to refer Spain to the Court of Justice of the EU in a case concerning the import of plant-based products. It has closed a procedure against the German system of drinks packaging.
